Cancellation and Refunds Policy

At Decoding Digital Age, we are committed to providing high-quality educational experiences. We understand that circumstances may change, and we have established the following policy regarding cancellations and refunds for our digital courses and live sessions.

1. Online Courses & Labs (Self-Paced)

• Refund Eligibility: You may be eligible for a full refund if you request it within **[X] days** of your purchase AND you have accessed **less than [Y]%** of the course content (e.g., less than 10% of video lessons, lab assignments, or quizzes).
• No Refunds After: Refunds will generally not be granted after [X] days from the purchase date or if more than [Y]% of the course content has been accessed, whichever comes first. This includes instances where the course has been completed or significant progress has been made.
• How to Request a Refund: To request a refund, please send an email to refunds@decodingdigitalage.com with your order number, course name, and reason for the refund request.
• Processing: Eligible refunds will be processed within [Z] business days to the original payment method.

2. Live Sessions (1:1 or Group)

• Cancellation by User:
  • [A] hours or more before session: Full refund or rescheduling option.

  • No-show: No refund.
• Cancellation by Decoding Digital Age:
  • In the rare event that Decoding Digital Age cancels a live session (e.g., due to instructor unavailability), you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at your convenience.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

Refund requests outside of the standard policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis under exceptional circumstances (e.g., documented technical issues preventing access) and are subject to the sole discretion of Decoding Digital Age.

Decoding Digital Age reserves the right to modify this Cancellation and Refunds Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
