Hi, I’m Anuj Kothiyal, a Data Engineer Intern at Mactores, where I’m gaining hands-on experience with Snowflake to build and optimize data pipelines. I’m passionate about transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive business decisions.

Developed a Streamlit app to track and visualize retail sales data, leveraging Snowflake for data storage and Python for analysis.
The HR Analytics Dashboard is an interactive Tableau dashboard designed for employee attrition prediction. Using historical data, the dashboard provides insights through dynamic charts, KPIs, and predictive analytics, helping HR teams make data-driven decisions to improve employee retention.
This project showcases an end-to-end data engineering pipeline on Azure. The NYC Taxi Dataset is ingested via APIs into Azure Data Factory, transformed in Databricks using the Medallion Architecture (Bronze, Silver, Gold), and utilized for reporting and analytics.
